Good protection starts underneath.

Ceramic coating is a liquid-applied protective product that cures on a prepared surface. On suitable painted finishes it can enhance gloss, add a slick feel, and help water and dirt release more readily during maintenance. It is a way to make the vehicle easier to care for while helping the finish resist everyday environmental exposure. It does not turn the paint into a scratch-proof or maintenance-free surface.

Preparation is central to the result. A coating will not polish away swirls or repair damaged paint underneath it. Cleaning, decontamination, and any agreed paint correction happen first so the surface is ready for the coating. CoastalGloss helps you choose around how the car is used and maintained, with separate consideration for paint, wheels, glass, and compatible film finishes. Product suitability, curing instructions, and aftercare are part of the conversation—not details to leave until later.

Gloss and easier routine care

Paint coating

A coating for the painted exterior adds a protective surface with water-repelling properties. The finish is prepared first, with the level of polishing chosen around the paint’s condition. The goal is an attractive result that is easier to maintain through a proper wash routine.

  • Prepared exterior paintwork
  • Enhanced gloss on suitable gloss finishes
  • Water behavior and easier cleaning

NO CORNERS
CUT.

No corners cut means treating preparation, application, and curing as one process. A quick coat over poorly prepared paint is not the same service.

Assess the starting finish

We discuss the vehicle’s condition, use, and maintenance habits. That establishes the preparation required and whether correction should be included before the coating is applied.

Prepare the surface

Washing and decontamination are followed by any agreed polishing. Appropriate panel preparation removes remaining oils and residues so the selected coating can bond to the intended surface.

Apply & level carefully

The coating is worked in manageable sections and checked as it is levelled. Lighting, working conditions, and product instructions guide the application so excess residue and uneven areas can be addressed.

Allow cure & explain aftercare

Curing and the initial wash restrictions follow the selected product’s requirements. We explain how to clean the vehicle and what to avoid during that first period, along with the ongoing care the coating needs.
